Job Vacancy: Helpdesk & Software Testing


We’re looking for someone with the right skills to join our growing team in a helpdesk and software testing role. The person we are looking for needs the ability to work as part of an enthusiastic team with a passion for all things digital.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse set of customers (including your own colleagues) who rely on us for their websites, ecommerce sites, mobile applications, software solutions and web/cloud based applications for both Mediademon clients and our aviation based sister-company BYTRON.

The successful candidate would need to have an outgoing personality and be computer literate. Any former experience of customer service in an IT environment or software testing would be considered a distinct advantage.

Must haves…

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use a wide range of computer hardware and software
  • Experience of using web browsers and mobile applications

Nice to haves…

  • Experience in customer service (especially in an IT environment)
  • Experience in software testing
  • Experience of repairing Windows and Linux PC’s and Servers

The ideal candidate will be as passionate about technology as we are and able to demonstrate their enthusiasm of keeping abreast of the latest tools and trends of customer service and software testing. The candidate must be up to the challenge of working within a quick-paced and ambitious office with tight deadlines and a growing customer base.
